An official translator's certification is included in the price for translating all documents, and our certified translations are guaranteed to be accepted by USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services). Notarized translation by a third-party notary is available and required in some cases.

EMAIL/UPLOAD: If you selected the electronic, email option from the FBI, simply email or upload (after payment) the official PDF version. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are able to ship to any globally via FedEx or DHL. At checkout, please select $50 for international shipping, which is a deposit only; rates will be calculated and confirmed a week before your apostille arrives to our office.
Emergency Passport Translation

If you have to travel urgently and need a passport within 72 hours, you may need to translate a death certificate, doctor's letter, medical letter or a similar certificate. We are able to provide a notarized and certified translation within four (4) hours or less in most cases. Shipping is not necessary as the scanned version we send by email can be printed and submitted to the secretary of state or regional passport office.
