I have a scotch man cold saw that recently went down on me. called up and spoke to Andrew, walked me through the diagnose process, to have the machine back up and running the next morning. This is why you spend the extra money on these machines.

I go to this gas station a lot, went in there one day and it was fine, I ended up stopping there a second time with another person and one of the cashiers followed us around the aisles and was staring at us. We did nothing wrong and ended up buying a couple drinks, she even followed us out the door.

Could not be more disappointed with Scotsman industries. Should have purchased Geka or Edwards iron worker. Quality of the iron Scotchman worker is lacking. Paint is chipping off of the surface and theirs visible surface rust below the paint. Welds are disappointing, looks lIke some one learned to weld on this product. Should have know better when the local dealer wanted to sell me an Edwards machine rather then a Scotchman. Despite the cost of the Iron worker it does not come manual or any type of training. Want touch up paint for your new new machin? They dont provide any. You have to spend
