I initially spoke with someone from Kelly's Choice the week of November 22, 2021. The girl who I spoke with said they were not sure if my insurance would be accepted. She said I would need to give my credit card information just in case my insurance was not accepted. She assured me twice that Kelly's Choice would not charge my card before notifying me. My initial appoint was for November 29, 2021 for a Zoom call. I waited for an hour for the meeting to start but no one showed up. I checked Kelly's Choice's website to make sure of the appointment. I checked for any messages
