As you progress through 12 weeks of foundational nutrition education, you will be equipped with the tools on Healthie, our virtual platform, to track your meals and physical activity, as well as create goals for yourself and stay accountable by having 24/7 access to a registered dietitian.You will be provided with delicious and nutritious recipes with feedback on your own meals that will inspire you to live a healthier life.

Kelly is a graduate of West Virginia University with a BS degree in Nutrition and earned her Master's degree in Health Education from SUNY Cortland.

12 weight-loss videos to guide you to successful weight loss and educate you to keep it off for life. Access to the "Healthie" platform where you can easily track your goals and successes (includes weight-loss trackers, goal-setting forms, and handouts that review each lesson). Each week you will receive a new video lesson, covering carbohydrates, protein, sleep, hydration, snacking, eating out, meal planning and more.
