Testimonials
Report
Kelly is AMAZING to work with! My daughter loved going to speech each week and made so much growth in a small amount of time. We are so thankful for the work Kelly did with our daughter. We will miss our weekly trips to see Kelly now that our daughter has graduated from speech! I would 110% recommend Kelly if your child needs speech services.
Tongue Tie ankyoglossia
Report
The negative impact of tongue-tie varies from person to person. Tongue tie can hold the base of the tongue down instead of allowing it to assume its normal resting position on the palate. If the client's team recommends a lingual and/or labial release (tongue tie and/or lip tie release), the client will be referred to a trained provider.
Airway
Report
Impacts of mouth breathing can be seen effecting reading comprehension, mathematics, and working memory. Autonomic Deregulation (increased sympathetic tone & "fight or flight" mode) impacts the brain's ability to access the prefrontal cortex critical for learning. Link to Communication, LLC, collaborates with other airway-trained professionals.
