Dennis at Gibson Cellar Door and Window framed and installed an exterior door in my basement. I called for a quote on a replacement bunker style exterior metal door but Dennis found it to be in good condition and quoted instead an exterior door at the base of the stairs. The install was completed at the quoted time and price. John and Mark did good work and additionally modified and repaired the stairs leaving the site in good condition.

Quoted a new entrance door for our basement. Said it would be installed before Christmas guaranteed. Refused to take a deposit or contract. I called three times and each time the secretary said shed have him get in touch with me. Never showed up or heard from him again. Our floors above were freezing all winter.
