The package is for 60-90 days depending on the list price. In the event the home does not sell in that time frame (less than 2% of homes go over), the price is 25% of standard price per month. Most likely yes, though that is determined through a review or consultation. If you stage before going on the market, yes you can most generally increase your list price.

Staging is not the only way to get top dollar. We have a list of over 100 ways to invest to get to TOP DOLLAR. A lot of them are free or very low cost. A consultation is the most beneficial service we offer before a seller goes on the market! We offer far more than any other stagers in the US.

Facts And Stats

A Consultation or Review is a powerful first step for anyone lists their home. The consultation and review provides many resources specific to the seller's home to get a home ready for the market that go far beyond First Impressions' services. Our most popular package. Our furniture and home decor is arranged in a vacant home.
How Home Staging Works

We also have a list of resources and we provide estimates. Clients who are DYI will opt to do what they can themselves. The consultation alone provides a lot of direction and eliminates wasted time and money for Sellers. Go to Schedule & Pay: Once this is complete, the stylist (designer) will begin to review and tag inventory from our warehouse specially suited to your home.
Realtor Partnerships
Report
I get this question not only from realtors, but home sellers as well. The answer is simple. The home seller. Why? research by universities, real estate associations, and other institutions on $50,000+ homes show that professionally staged homes (not DYI staging) receive the highest offers. Therefore it is of value to the seller who makes money, and an large expense to the realtor.
Sellers Eight Steps
Report
The staging process is generally started by having a moving sale. Then donate (tax deduction) what is left after the sale to a local charity. Next, pack and store the rest of the home-owner's belongings that will not be needed for the next few months. Repairing holes in the walls, touching up wall paint, caulking baseboards and trim, and resealing windows will make a home feel like new.
