We helped Tipster build an app that provides personalized style advice from industry experts and tastemakers. Yota hired us to design mobile apps for iOS and Android to establish a digital communication channel with their customers. Extensis collaborated with us to build an iOS app for creating animated font collages, which was featured in Fast Company, DesignTAXI, and Brit + Co.

We joined forces with SmackHigh, a community for high school students with over 800,000 users, to design a brand new iPhone app in just 5 weeks. We helped ADP, the world's largest HCM solutions provider, design and build their iPad app - as well as create an overarching design framework and style guide.

Sony and Wieden+Kennedy tapped SFCD to design and develop apps showcasing the waterproof feature of the Xperia Z series phones. The challenge was to deliver fun experiences that would encourage people to use their phones in water. After brainstorming ideas with Wieden+Kennedy, we had two favorites: a photo-development app, inspired by traditional darkroom techniques, and a karaoke app, optimized for singing in the rain.

Project Noah, a joint venture with National Geographic, is the leading community for wildlife exploration and education. They enlisted us to create a new Android tablet app for an educational platform developed by Amplify, a News Corporation subsidiary.

Realizing that Project Noah's true value was in its collected content-over a million geo-tagged wildlife photos contributed by more than 250 thousand community members across the globe-we reimagined the app prioritizing content over decoration. Our challenge was to translate Project Noah's existing experience into a tablet form factor while introducing a digital classroom feature set.

Seattle-based Mobilligy, a company that makes an app for managing and paying monthly utility bills, tapped SFCD to design their product in 2012. Since then, we have been assisting them with design across all digital touch points. We designed their logo, app icon, iPhone app, and website from scratch.
