Residents may reserve the Clubhouse for private parties and events for up to 70 people by contacting the Property Management Office. The space is available for rentals between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily, and the fee is $250.

Our experience as tenants at the Stoneledge Terrace Apartments has been a pleasure. We enjoy the serenity of our almost private patio, surrounded by roses, greenery and occasionally a deer or two. When they advertise Condo living, they are not exaggerating. It does not feel like an apartment, but rather our own condo.
