Kylee Hatfield is now a certified Senior Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA) counselor. She can assist in Open Enrollment Marketing Place, Medicare & Medicaid beneficiaries with enrollments and plan changes.
She will be reaching out to Riggins as they don't have plans in their county - but will seek care here or in McCall - She is available to assist people in Idaho, Valley, Adams and Washington Counties. National Health Awareness are special days, weeks, or months dedicated to raising awareness about important health topics.

After Jordan Blanchard graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, he attended the University of Utah School of Medicine, where he received his Medical Degree in 2011. Dr. Blanchard completed his residency at the Utah Valley Family Medicine Residency in 2014 and is excited to live and work in Weiser and Council.

Individual counseling for adults, teenagers, and children 8+, and family therapy for all ages.

ACHC offers a Sliding Fee Discount program! All patients are eligible to apply, even those who have insurance. Enrollment forms are available on the link here or in the clinic. Applications must be renewed annually and anytime there is a change in an enrollee's financial status. It is preferred to have completed applications prior to your appointment date.
