The dogs shown on Dogs For Sale page are for sale as Started dogs or as Fully Trained dogs. You can get the dog as is and Started or you can get the dog Fully trained. We breed from the best to the best perspective. Utilizing proven gene pools to produce Consistent, High percentage Litters. Color is not the first priority but we do try to raise pretty dogs.

Muddy Creek runs into the North Fork of Spring River. We live on Duvall Creek which would make us Duvall Creek Kennel except for a guy named Bud Beck. Bud at the time was about 75 years old and he was Muddy Creek Kennel long before I was. I obtained this dog that Bud had raised. Bud was an avid field trialer.

Prices and Fees charged by Muddy Creek Kennel for trained German Shorthair Pointers for sale, puppies, training, and all other services provided. Dogs can be ordered in advance at any time and delivered when finished in training. We can pick the dog for you or you can pick the dog yourself if you are able to make the trip.

Bird dogs should come when called, turn when a whistle is blown, stop when whoa'ed, point staunchly, and retrieve a bird without chewing it to pieces. A "Gun dog" knows that a gun kills birds. We will shoot approximately 75 birds for your dog, Bobwhite Quail. By then he will know what a gun does. Most dogs get excited when they see a shotgun.

We like So. Dakota too. Stay at Lake Andes and hunt the Indian ground. Wagoner, Gregory and Winner are all right around there and there is a lot of Reservation ground to hunt along with the Walk-in. You have to buy both licenses if you get off of Indian ground. Of course you can hunt all the road ditches and in good years the pheasant don't know the difference between road ditches or water-ways.

The state of Missouri voted a portion of a percent of all sales tax to go to the Dept. of Conservation. Missouri Dept. of Conservation is the richest Dept. of Conservation there is. They are everywhere. They are buying land right and left. Just more government leavings. But that is not my point. The point is the amount of money available to them.
