Dr. Roland M. Fuertez is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine as well as by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Geriatrics. He completed his residency at the Somerset Family Medicine Program in Somerset, NJ. Dr. Fuertez completed his Geriatrics Fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
He is the former Chief Resident at the Somerset Family Medicine Residency. As a board certified Geriatrician, Dr. Fuertez has an in depth understanding of the problems that need to be addressed earlier in life to bring about a graceful aging process. We have transformed our practice to guide patients towards a more active and youthful lifestyle.
