JG Yoga and Wellness offers classes for All-Levels in a Eco-friendly yoga and wellness studio and yoga teacher training facility located in Latrobe, PA, that has been a staple in the community since opening its doors in 2013. Holistic Wellness Appointments in: Reiki Healing, Reflexology, Holistic Counseling, and Aromatherapy.

Most of our classes are for All-Level's so Beginner's will always feel comfortable in those classes. Please email me if you choose to take online and I will have computer set-up and ready to go. Send Payment thru Paypal(jenngoebel@hotmail.com) $10 and I will admit you to online classes.

Cassie is a lifelong yoga practitioner and Yoga Alliance certified instructor that had been teaching for nearly a decade in the Westmoreland County area. Former owner of Moonglow Yoga in Greensburg, Cassie teaches a wide range of classes, from gentle, restorative, and yin yoga to a more active power vinyasa style.
