When he lived in New York, he taught Internal Medicine residents at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, a teaching hospital, while also teaching medical students from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he held academic rank of "Instructor in Medicine."Later, Dr. Greenfield earned academic rank of Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Stony Brook University Hospital.

After the National Emergency is over, you should be seen for an in-person office visit with me as soon as reasonable, especially for complex patients. Patients with complex medical problems, including and not limited to, tick -borne diseases and complications will still need extended visits. Current office visit fees will apply.
