Founded in 1950 by Evan S. Williams of Troy, Pennsylvania, the law firm of BWCB has steadily grown through the years to its current make-up of seven attorneys. Its founder, a graduate of Cornell Law School, served in the Pennsylvania State Legislature and as Judge of the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas for 16 years.

He was also Assistant District Attorney from 1986 to 1988. Mr. Ondrey graduated law school in 1982 from Saint Louis University. He began his legal career working for Laurel Legal Services in Greensburg, Pennsylvania and then North Penn Legal Services in Towanda, Pennsylvania, representing indigent clients in family law matters, Social Security Disability cases, and other civil litigation issues.
