However, we are excited to take this opportunity to work on a makeover as we create a newly refreshed, exciting, and an even more inviting restaurant. It has been about 20 years since any major renovations have been undertaken at the downtown Monterey eatery. We can't wait to welcome you back to the Old Monterey firehouse (built in 1910) - home to our Michelin Rated restaurant since 1995.
