Billy Burchill Jr., the owner of The Ding Doctor of Greater Boston, grew up around the automotive industry and quickly developed a passion for PDR. His father is the owner of Carol's Auto Body which has been located in Norwood, MA for over 20 years. Before moving to Norwood this shop was located in West Roxbury, MA and ran by Billy Jr.'s grandfather who named the shop after his wife, Carol.
