Eric was awesome! He didnt go too hard or too soft, the pressure he used was just perfect! As a healthcare professional, I appreciate his knowledge on anatomy. I was having some shoulder issues and hamstring issues. Its a chronic condition but Eric made me feel 100% better! If youre in the South Bay area, you need to go see him! Thank you again for making me feel much better, Eric!

I've been introduced to Eric through his wife whom I was training for about a year. I have always dealt with a rotator cuff injury that's been plaging me for the last few years. Due to this, I have limited range of motion/restrictions in my exercise routine. I went to him and felt incredible! From now on, whenever there is an opportunity to refer him business, he is the person to refer to! Thank you!
