Our goal at Good Moodra Yoga is to share yoga and a safe, judgement-free space to practice yoga with the community. Our vision is to create a space where as soon as you walk in the doors, you feel good. It's helped us to find a more peaceful, gratitude-filled journey in life.

My name is Roni Amrich, and I am a local resident of Placentia, California. I own Good Moodra Yoga studio and manage it along side a fantastic team ladies and gentlemen who help run the show. Yoga has been a part of my life for years - since I learned that it can help to de-stress and relieve back pain.

As much as 80% of the population live with back pain, but with the Yoga Trapeze, clients can use gravity to elongate their spine and find pain relief. While no prior yoga experience is needed, the pain relief provided is unmatched by any other treatment. The Yoga Trapeze allows traditional mat yoga classes to meet functional fitness.

Our Team of Yoga Alliance Certified Instructors come to Good Moodra Yoga to provide yoga classes that go beyond the physical practice and help to cultivate peace of mind for our students. Roni has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has developed a deep respect and love for the practice.
