Ive been going to Shannon at Live Better hearing for quite a few years. She is wonderful, professional and endlessly patient. Also her assistant, Jessica, is always helpful and patient. I highly recommend this office.

I cant say enough positive things about Dr. Shannon Wrable. In addition to being thorough, she takes the time to understand your needs and work with you. Even during these difficult Covid times, she has gone above and beyond what one would expect. The experience at this location is so pleasant, including working with Jessica at the front desk. Highly recommend this practice.

I have always enjoyed coming to this location because everyone is pleasant to work with and I have always been confident in achieving satisfactory assistance. The only negative comment I have is that my hearing aids were taken into another room to be cleaned but they also replaced the end buds along with the extra wire that now sticks out. I have gone back because my right hearing aid didn't seem to work and was checked but it does not work as well as it did. Obviously I am not very happy about that but I will leave them as they are.

The hearing team and receptionist are always pleasant and very professional. I've been going to this company for several years. If you have any issues with your hearing aid, they are there to assist you in anyway they can.
