Phillip has been practicing law with the firm of McMurry & Livingston since the summer of 1985. His practice is concentrated in the areas of business law, creditor's rights, bankruptcy and real estate. He guides his business client's through the process of selling and acquiring real and personal property assets as well as counsels them with respect to the laws that affect an on-going business.

A native of Paducah, Kentucky, Kent graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown College where he obtained a bachelor's degree in American Studies and received the Dean's Honor Award. He earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School. He is a member and past president of the McCracken County Bar Association and is also a member of the Kentucky and American Bar Associations.

Whitney has been practicing law with McMurry & Livingston, PLLC since 2013. She focuses her practice primarily on real estate transactions and assisting clients with probate and estate planning matters. Whitney earned her B.S. in 2010 from the University of Alabama and her J.D. in 2013 from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
