West Ocean City
West Ocean City is located just across the bay from the southern part of Ocean City and is well known for the West Ocean City outlets, as well as a commercial harbor with access to the Atlantic Ocean, many restaurants, and amusements. The West Ocean City real estate market consists of a healthy mixture of single-family residences, condominiums, townhomes, commercial and retail.
Ocean Pines
The Ocean Pines residential community is located about six miles west of Ocean City, MD. The community has approximately 8,400 platted lots and mainly consists of single-family homes, although there are also an assortment of townhomes and condos available. Ocean Pines has mixture of year round and part-time residents, and because of the close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and beach, the summertime population naturally increases.
