This parts department is incompetent. They show no sense of urgency. No attention to detail and act like the customer is some great inconvenience. The management is no better. I will never do business with these people again.

Great customer service, wonderful service technicians. The help we received from Collins with our tractor FAR exceeds any place I have ever seen. These are some honest, hard working, amazing people. I highly recommend buying your equipment from them; I also highly recommend having your service done there even if you did not buy it there. These guys are incredible. Sure wish more places ran their business like they do. Thank you Collins!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

I ran out of gas this morning and stalled at this wonderful place and they rescued me! I'm very grateful for y'alls help, they wouldn't take money for the gas they put in my car! Thank you again!!!
