We have lived in Santa Cruz and been homeowners for over a decade and have worked closely with several local realtors during that time. Ace is an excellent buyer's agent. Ace and her team worked with us for about 2 years in a very challenging market for our first home purchase. We investigated many properties and made a number of offers until we finally found the right property at the right price.
