When we called in we asked for full hookups. They gave us a site that only had water and electricity. We asked the next morning if we could move to a full hookup site and stay an extra night. They stated that they are full -there are so many vacant spaces though and its a Wednesday I doubt it- and that the full hookup sites are the same price as the non full hookup sites. Where does an rv campground get away with doing that? It is clean though and near enough to the National seashore so if you dont like being lied to and paying extra for a non full hookup site then youre good. The washer

Clean campground, friendly staff. Good location to amenities and hiking/sight seeing. It's expensive though. Camp sites are very open.

Pricey ($55) and over crowded. I'm only giving it 2 stars because we found a spot without reservations on a Saturday night. Hot showers, though nasty.

This is a private campsite so the cost is about triple what you would pay for a state or national park. We went on a Holiday Weekend which I guess was our first mistake. They have 200 sites for tents and RV's and you are practically on top of each other. The bathrooms were barely cleaned once a day and by 5:00 in the afternoon were absolutely atrocious. Disgusting may be more accurate. You would think with that many sites occupied, and the cost you pay to be there, they would have enough staff to clean the bathrooms more than once a day. And then there were the racoons. They did have notices
