We are located in the "Red Barn" directly across the street from the Montgomery County Criminal Justice Facility Jail. We are NOT in downtown Conroe but at 97 Criminal Justice Dr. in front of the jail. If you need directions please call us and we will help you to our front door. Our family has been helping families for over 30 years so we must be doing something right.

All bail bond companies are not alike. Our family will guide you through the bail process from start to finish. We maintain communication the entire time your friend or loved one is on bond with us. We are not lawyers and do not give legal advice, but we do know the system and can keep you apprised every step of the way.

The person that bonded out will need to come to our office and fill out some paperwork (as required by law). It's pretty easy; we just need some personal information and 5 references. All bail companies, including A-1 and Bail Bonds for Less, require that you check in with our office once a week. Simply give your name, any personal information that has changed, your next court date and your attorney's name.

If you are co-signing for someone you are an indemnitor or co-signer. It's the same. You will need to fill out and sign a Co-signer Application, a Plain Language Contract and a Promissory Note. If we are financing any portion of our fee you will need to sign a Payment Agreement as well. The defendant is the person whose release you are securing.

If you are an attorney needing bail services, you can be assured your clients will be treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. We use that license primarily to apprehend defendants that miss their court date and are "on the run".
