Our sustainability mission includes a strong focus on giving back to our employees and community. It's important to us to ensure that Standing Stone is a great place to work since our team works so hard for our business and our guests. Oregon Business has named us one of the "100 Best Green Businesses to Work For in Oregon" for the past several years.
Smart Resource Use
Report
Responsible and efficient resource use, and the protection of our shared environment, are priorities at Standing Stone. Because of energy-saving improvements we have made, the Oregon Department of Energy has called Standing Stone a leader in restaurant energy conservation. Our heat exchange recovery unit routes waste heat from brewing and refrigeration to pre-heat water, yielding a cool 10 percent energy savings.

Your event, fundraiser, etc. must be scheduled no less than one month away, as we are unable to process donations in less than one month. We choose to support nonprofits that benefit our local community, with priority given to local, grassroots organizations.
Through this program we donate a portion of our total beer sales for an evening to a small number of local nonprofits focused on areas that are central to our mission: Environment, Local Food & Farming, Education and Community.The organization's work must align with our mission to enhance Environmental Sustainability, Local Food production, Education and/or Community.
