Retractable Awnings

Retractable awnings use Sunbrella fabric to block 90% of UV rays, featuring motorized controls and wind sensors for automatic retraction. Ideal for patios and decks, they add functional outdoor space while protecting against sun and rain. Durable in salt-air climates, these awnings combine style with practicality for seasonal use.

Aluminum Awnings

Custom aluminum awnings offer sleek, low-maintenance protection with clean lines and decorative trims. Resistant to rust and corrosion, they deflect sunlight, reduce cooling costs, and enhance architectural aesthetics. Perfect for windows, patios, and commercial storefronts, these awnings provide long-term durability in harsh weather conditions.

Lexan Awnings

Lexan awnings use impact-resistant thermoplastic material that withstands extreme temperatures, snow, and heavy rain. Their flexibility allows custom shapes without cracking, making them ideal for curved structures. Fire-resistant and drillable, these awnings deliver robust protection for residential and commercial applications in all climates.

Sunroom Enclosures

Custom sunrooms combine aluminum frames with vinyl windows for year-round use. Designed to maximize natural light, these insulated spaces protect against weather while offering mesh or storm window options. Transform patios or existing awnings into versatile living areas with minimal maintenance requirements.

Basement Entrance Awnings

Basement entrance awnings prevent water intrusion by shielding stairwells from rain and snow. Custom-fitted designs ensure proper drainage and accessibility, reducing basement flooding risks. These durable covers protect homes in wet climates while maintaining architectural harmony with existing structures.

We have had a deck that we could not use for years because of how hot it got. We now have this beautiful awning that has not only allowed us to stay cool but has given us extra space outside to hangout and enjoy the weather. The staff was neat and friendly. Turn around time was great! We were estimated 4 to 6 weeks and it was done in two weeks. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to put up an awning.

I just want to begin by saying I never felt the need to give a review, however, with regards to Rainbow Awning located in Oceanside, NY, I felt I must. Carlos and his crew are highly professional, understanding, and true to their word, as well as reasonably priced. I have chosen them for 2 awning jobs and if I had another door, I would choose them again. I highly recommend them for all awning needs, big or small.

We had Rainbow build and install a new awning frame and canvas last summer. They immediately responded to my call and showed up the next day for estimate and explanation of their services. They listened to our wants and concerns and put together a very fair estimate which we agreed to. The awning was ready EXACTLY as we asked and when promised. Installation went perfectly by courteous and professional installers. Tropical storm Isaiah just came through with 70 mph winds. We are on a corner and winds are amplified and house bears the brunt. Multiple trees and wires down all over Long Beach. NO DAMAGE

I never write reviews but Rainbow Awnings are amazing. Carlos, the owner, came to my home twice because I couldn't make up my mind. After delivering my shade a week earlier then expected, I changed my mind again as to where I wanted it hung. No problem. He is coming yet again to see where I want. In addition, when you call someone always answers the phone which is so unusual today. I heartedly recommend.

The whole team at Rainbow is excellent from customer service to the owner himself. We had a retractable awning installed and it came out amazing. We love the fact that it came with a remote so we can control it with a click of a button. We highly recommend using this company!!
