Started out as a great place Dr. Chris was an amazing Dr. But now I cant get in to see her actual Dr. Its hard to see someone if your a busy mom. They cancel appointments without being told to do so. If your not a stay at home mom and cant work around them then dont go here.

Terribly rude receptionist! I called to make an appointment for my son about some behavioural issues he's had and when I told her what he needs seen for, she said "What is that I've never even heard of that before" in a tone that insinuated she thought I was making it up. Then she preceded to tell me that his Dr has retired (I knew this I just hadn't had the chance to request the other doctor to see him yet) and that my insurance is now assigned to a different doctors office that he's NEVER been too. She says she can't make him an appointment until I call my insurance and assign it back to pediatric

Dr Chris is pediatrician for all 3 of my children. He always takes excellent care of them. His office staff is polite and professional. I have no qualms recommending this office to family and friends.

When you are a parent that has taken your kid to a walk-in 3 times, and finally get to see the pediatrician for the first time during this mess you expect kindness and concern for your child. That is the complete opposite with this place. The doctor guessed EVERYTHING. Did no tests, no bloodwork, nothing. Then she asked me about vaccinations (we do not do them) I kindly stated why and she decided she would like to have an argument with me basically telling me Im going to be the cause of my childrens deaths and that why should other people vaccinate their kids to protect yours? I love the doctor. He is the reason I haven't left and if it was just about him I would give it a 5 star. However They like to move appointments around without tell you. I have had vmails left telling my when my appointment time is yet when I show up they tell my its not for a few more days. I had a vmail and the card stating it was today. Then another time I called because they hadn't called to confirm my appointment. We I called and they told me there was never an appointment made. I have the card in my hand that says tomorrow. These are just 2 time out of a handful of times it has happened.

We LOVE Dr.Chris. He's so good with our son and always answered every little question I had during that first year when I was a first time mom anxious about everything.
