This year we are celebrating 65 years of dedication to the community! Mr. George M. Iwanow, who's a native of Hamtramck, MI, started a small hearing aid company in the Book Building in Detroit in 1954.

Our company Audiologist, Dr. Noel Rendleman, travels to all five of our locations to ensure high-quality hearing healthcare to our esteemed patients. Dr. Rendleman earned both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Biology, as well the Master of Science degree in Audiology from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.

Robert M. Cartwright is in charge of our Macomb and St. Clair Shores clinics. Robert is a licensed hearing aid specialist who has been in practice with George Iwanow Hearing Aid Centers since 2012. Robert, as the grandson of Mr. George Iwanow, caught an interest in helping the hearing impaired at a young age while running around the offices as his mother and grandfather worked.

Shirley Troisi is in charge of our Wyandotte clinic. Licensed by the state of Michigan as a hearing aid dispenser, Shirley Troisi has a broad scope of experience treating hearing loss. She has worked in the hearing aid industry for 26 years and with George Iwanow Hearing Aid Centers for 20 years.
In this time she has tested, fitted, and programmed hearing aids with much success in keeping her patients very happy with their hearing and understanding.Shirley has a passion for improving the quality of life that comes with hearing. Her focus is to educate her fellow neighbors about hearing loss and how hearing instruments can assist to restore that loss.
