Aura Photography, Chakra Readings and Holistic Sessions utilizing Biopulsar's amazing cutting edge technology are now available! A space will be provided where we will sit present and open with each other providing access and opportunity for divine guidance. I will do my best to keep my heart and ears open to you and to spirit and do my best to listen, first to spirit, as it helps me stay out of the way, and then to you.
Yoga

This class will follow a natural flow beginning with a sequence to wake up and energize the spine. We will progress into a gentle, warming vinyasa to further lubricate the joints and warm the body. Your body will be ready for asanas and deep stretches. We'll wind down with pranayama (breathing exercises) and/or a meditation followed by a restorative svasana (relaxation).

Please join us in an hour long meditation and visualization. Robin Cote Allen channels the meditation spontaneously based on the group that is present. You can expect to relax deeply and come into contact with yourself in a deep an intimate way. Its a great way to experience the inner workings of your sub and super conscious minds.
Spirit Drum

SpiritDrum is a monthly meditative gathering held in the loft of the Enchanted Fox. The circle is intended to create an intimate space for those who wish to explore the spirtual qualities of meditative drumming and chanting. SpiritDrum is much quieter than most drum circles because we focus on the subtle ways our rhythms and voices influence our consciousness and our physical beings.
Abundance Principles

In these seven weeks we will explore, study and practice the Abundance Principles according to John Randolph Price. We will identify, awaken and invite an increase of the Divine, abundant flow within you and all around you. We will meet via zoom once per week to reflect and discuss the principles. We will strengthen your individual practice through meditation and experiential exercises.
