In 1978, Jay Goltz started Artists Frame Service on Clybourn Avenue, then an abandoned factory district. He was determined to raise the bar for professional framing with more artful design, better choices and faster service. The company grew very quickly, soon becoming the largest custom frame shop in the country.

Our consultants have been with us over ten years on average and have an eye for design. When you visit Artists Frame Service, you'll get started by meeting with one of our framing consultants.
Framed Mirrors

Any of our thousands of stock frames can be made into a custom mirror to suit any size, style or decor. Using our mirror glass, your custom mirror can be ready in as soon as one week. Select special order items can take up to eight weeks, but are well worth the wait. Once it's ready, our expert team of installers will hang your custom framed mirror in the perfect spot.

We're in the game of framing your Chicago sports collections and memorabilia. We have custom framed signed jerseys, gloves, balls, pucks, tickets, photographs, complete uniforms and even the dried rose garland from a prize winning race horse. You name it, we've framed it.
