The Physicians Centre Hospital (TPC) is a 16-bed physician-owned inpatient facility with six operating rooms and two endoscopy suites. We provide inpatient pharmacy services, have pathology and laboratory capabilities as well as a diabetic education team.

I had a hip replacement with Dr Barry Solcher on November 1. All went well and I wanted to share my positive experience at this hospital. My nurses were Albert, Kristen and Vicki. The took such care with me. Shawn handled my physical therapy and was terrific. Carl took care of my meals and was fun and friendly. Should I ever need a hospital with hope to be able to use The Physicians Center for my care. Thank you all!

I can’t tell you enough how great this place is! They are so professional, the nurses were awesome. They were so attentive, kind and caring. They took care of all my needs and feel they went above and beyond. Dr. Jeff Spaw did my knee replacement surgery and he is awesome as well. I felt so comfortable with him! I highly recommend him and this hospital!

I had knee replacement on February 25, 2020 at The Physician's Center Hospital. This was my first major surgery. I had an out patient procedure at this hospital several years ago. All of the staff from the receptionist, kitchen and all the professionals are dedicated to serving the patients. Two of my doctors are participating owners in the hospital. I feel this is important to the patients receiving the best of care. I will always use the Physician's Center for my medical needs. This hospital is much higher than a 5-star rating.

The office building is a dangerous place to visit in the time of COVID! Unmasked nurses and pharmacists abound. The majority of the visitors are wearing masks, however--but not all. A woman picking up her prescription told me she didn't need to wear one. The pharmacist must have agreed; she wasn't wearing one, either. But they did have a sign requiring it, so I guess that's what counts.
Edit: I have been contacted by someone from the hospital and assured that the mask policy is in effect there. Mask usage is not monitored in the office building, which is owned by someone else.

Despite having health insurance and a $125 copay and $700 deductible for the hand surgery procedure I had to get in order to have use of my thumb again, they made me put down $1000 before the procedure was even done or they would refuse the service. This company CHOOSES to bill customers an ESTIMATE up front instead of billing insurance and letting them tell clients what they actually owe in the end and were not compassionate at all about the ridiculous amount they claimed to be needed and made me pay nearly all of $1485.80 that they estimated I would owe and would not work with me at all on lowering

I went in for an mri and specifically asked for the costs ahead of time and they told me any cost I had would be dealt with the day of my appointment with whatever my insurance didn’t cover and it turned out to be a complete lie. I also asked the girl who set up my billing info if I could have my MRI read at the hospital instead of my referring physician, she said the hospital didn’t do that but that I could double check with the tech who was doing my mri. The tech also said that my physician would go over my mri and not them. NEXT THING I KNOW, I get a $300 bill in the mail for my MRI being

I am very pleased with the exceptional treatment I have received here at The Physicians Center! From the front desk (Ms. Rita), Imaging (Brad), the ladies who draw blood, the cashiers, and the nurses that have taken care of me day and night. Both nurses's names are Melissa, they are kind and have taken care of me just as their mission statement says "Like Family" I actually met the CEO while walking down the hall! I highly recommend this facility! A million times thank you! I will be seeing you again for my next hospital stay!

I have had two really great experiences here! The staff is very caring and quick to put and keep you at ease during your entire time there. The second I checked in I was greeted by a wonderful lady who got me registered and signed in. Then off to blood draw that was painless and the person doing the draw was easy to talk to. Finally off to the surgery itself where I was totally taken care of. Thank you to everyone who works there and for being such a wonderful staff!

Went here three years ago, maybe? Just got sent a bill today. Three years later. I don't have records back that far, (my bad) so I can't even say if the charge is legitimate. Insurance requires you to bill within a year, so that is out. How pathetic. Why do health care providers always seem to skimp on the billing department? This is just sad. I'm sure three years ago I would have been happy to settle my debt, but considering that the date of first billing is very clearly this month, then I guess I never got a chance.
