Giant Bagel: (Serves 10-12) Enormous, hand rolled, braided bagel, your choice of seeds, stuffed with your choice of cold cuts, tuna, chicken salad and lettuce & tomato. Basic Cold Cut Platter: (Serves 12-15) 1 1/2 lbs Turkey, 1 lb Ham, 1 lb Roast Beef, 1/2 lb Genoa Salami, 1 lb American Cheese, 1 lb Swiss Cheese, 2 lbs Potato salad, 1 lb Macaroni Salad, 15 Bagels or Rolls.
