Spray Foam Insulation

Spray polyurethane foam insulation creates superior air, thermal, and vapor barriers for residential and commercial buildings. Our closed-cell and open-cell solutions seal cracks and voids while providing structural reinforcement. With R-values exceeding traditional insulation materials, this energy-efficient solution reduces utility costs by up to 40% while improving indoor air quality and climate control in Louisiana's hot-humid environment.

Blown-In Cellulose

Eco-friendly blown-in cellulose insulation delivers effective thermal performance for attics, walls, and crawl spaces. Made from recycled materials, this fire-retardant solution fills gaps completely to stop air infiltration. Ideal for both new construction and retrofitting existing structures, it provides excellent moisture control while maintaining environmental sustainability through its high recycled content.

Foundation Repair

Specialized foundation repair addresses structural issues in residential and commercial buildings. Our licensed technicians use advanced techniques for pier and beam restoration, moisture remediation, and termite damage repair. By addressing subfloor problems and preventing future deterioration, we restore structural integrity while improving energy efficiency through proper sealing and insulation integration.

Home Energy Audits

Comprehensive energy audits identify efficiency opportunities using BPI-certified testing methods. Our RESNET Home Energy Raters perform door blower tests, infrared imaging, and air barrier analysis to pinpoint energy losses. This data-driven approach enables customized solutions that maximize energy savings while ensuring proper ventilation and indoor air quality compliance for Louisiana properties.

Fireproofing Services

Professional fireproofing solutions enhance building safety through specialized spray-applied coatings and insulation treatments. Our fire-resistant materials meet strict safety standards while maintaining structural integrity. By creating thermal barriers that delay heat transfer during fires, we help protect commercial and residential properties while complying with local building codes and insurance requirements.

Our house needed repairs done quickly, so we searched Yelp and they responded immediately. Touched base over the phone, explained the repair needed and they came out the very next day. Showed up promptly, greeted me with masks and completed the job in a timely & efficient manner. They were cost effective and very courteous/personable. I would highly recommend Sunlight Contractors for any of your repair needs.
