My experience here was excellent. I have been here twice and got the same great service. Both times. They were very informative and answered all my question. The MD Liu went above and beyond to explain everything to me. Every one is so professional and nice. I was nervous about coming out because of covid-19 but they did everything necessary to ensure patient safety. I highly recommend this place.

The front desk lacks compassion, empathy towards patient's that are in crisis with their vision, specially children during a pandemic. I called to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late.The women that answer the phone said that she has to cancel my appointment in a rude manner. Instead of using the word RE-SCHEDULE the appointment. I felt like she was trying to punish me on the phone.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted and given the proper paperwork to fill in. No waiting.. Dr. Liu took me immediately. I had my eye exam and whatever testing needed. An explanation was given to me in a language I understood. Everyone in this office is efficient. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr.
