In the year I have lived here management has increased the rent by $30, two times. I chose to move here because the community is beautiful and the initial $360 rate fit my very tight budget. I can't afford the new rate of $420, so I have no choice but to move. Apparently being a month-to-month place they can increase rent as they please, and take advantage of it. On another note, workers/management will come in to your yard space to do things like remove trees or yard work, with no courtesy of a heads up. The manager Dennis is sketchy peeping Tom, admittedly self policing the park, snooping around

It's a nice park and l was considering buying a mobile home there until l read the rules. I'm surprised they don't charge you to breathe. It's more like prison camp than a mobile home park and I'm not willing to be controlled to that extent.

I have lived here for a couple years, it is an oasis, with birds, squirrels animals all around. If you have family it's a great community for them to grow up in. The management keeps the park beautiful, plus you are right next to Trader Joe's, the river walk and everything is just 5 minutes away. Lovely neighborhood with lovely people.
