I wouldn't even give it one star but it's required. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Ordered 6 heaters for patio, called back 24 minutes later to say we only needed 4 and they said oh we can't refund the 2 heaters. They never said anything on the phone that there was no cancellation. It was literally 24 minutes after I hung up. Then this is what was delivered to us. They were all broken and tops were falling off. We could only use 2 of them because it was a huge hazard. Asked to talk to manager for 2 weeks, and no response. When I called the office to tell them what was delivered no management called

Confetti's Party Rental has a huge inventory of just the right thing for party fun. They provided chairs, tables and table toppers for our Go! Dance Year End Award Banquet. Everything was in perfect condition and delivered right on time. Give them 5 Stars.....they deserve 10 !

Horrible experience. Something came up and we had to cancel our rental. On the website it clearly shows notification of cancellation greater than 14 days you get a full refund. I called them two months Im advance and was told I was only able to get store credit. Made sure to check the policies before trying to rent just in case something happened to avoid situations like this. I will never rent from this place again.

Confettis was Excellent!!!!! They hosted my Sons Wedding Dec17 2016!!! Im writing this late because my other son is marring in June 2018 and Im hoping there not booked the wedding reception was Beautiful!! They are Great people to work with!!! Id give them 5 stars plus!!! Ill post some of the wedding pictures for you all to see!!!!
