They canceled my scheduled appointment to another day that I cannot make. I have been calling the office and no response. I am not sure if they're still open. Looking at other reviews I see that I'm not alone.

The office visit was fine. However, their phone system is horrible. My appointment was in December 2020. I wasnt able to get in touch with them to order contacts and lost my benefit for that year. After 4 months - called about 6 times within that timeframe and emailed them - I ordered online. However, was sent the wrong prescription because they did not verify it. Now I am trying to get them to approve an eyeglass prescription through Warby Parker. Warby Parker has not gotten a response and I am also unable to get in contact via phone. I also tried using their contact us link online and

I can't say enough about the services that were provided to me ..I started with laser surgery to fix an issue by Dr. Tres and then afterwards cataract removal. He along with the other doctors I saw and the staff including Andi, Larissa..Charlotte, Brian..were all great. I'm sorry for not mentioning all the names! I was anxious about the procedure and they all took great care and patience with me. The front desk reception were all very nice 2! I can't thank enough for helping to restore better vision! Thank you
