Leotard and tights are required for all dance classes. Students are permitted to wear any style or color of leotard and tights, however most ballet dancers wear pink tights and jazz and tap dancers usually prefer suntan tights. Dance cover-ups are permitted, but are to be fitted. Dance skirts are also allowed in the classroom.
Ballet Allonge
Report
Ballet Allonge was formed in 2007. Students are invited to participate in this pre-professional company. The three levels, Petite, Junior and Senior, are designed to help the serious ballet student to grow into a mature ballet dancer who will audition for not only summer programs, but for professional ballet companies as they move through the stages of training.
