Why is there never anyone to help when I need to try on a shoe. It always seems like just one person behind the cash register. This is the second time I walked out cause I stood or walked around and didn't get any acknowledgement or find another employee who wasn't at the cash register.

The manager is very rude. Humiliated me when my 4 year old accidentally bumped a wine glass and it shattered. After spending a ton of money on shoes, she yelled in front of everyone that I needed to pay for it for her inventory. She had no emotional intelligence when handling this situation. We won't be back.

I've been in here three times since they moved from market shops. No one has ever spoken to me. Not a greeting, not an offer to help. An older employee stood in front of me and stared while I looked at shoes. They have great stuff but I super don't feel welcome. Three stars because they have delicious Hobo bags and cute shoes.

Went in to buy some yeti cups and accessories just now. I searched the whole store looking and finally asked one of the girls. She said they were everywhere around the store, some in the front and some in the back and I asked if she could point me in the right direction and she just simply said they are all over the store. I work in retail and expected when I asked that she would simply walk me to where I could find them. I told her I guess Ill try to find it on my own then and she just replied with ok. I didn't like the store policy. I guess I broke some kind of rule/policy by holding the ofoo flip flops that are hanging on the shoe display rack. They were taken out of my hand while I was being told that people recognize the brand, they steal them, and to be careful not to leave them out so no one takes them. And then she proceeded to ask me a few little questions about sizes while taking the flops to the register but never asked was I finished shopping and ready to check out... So I guess I would have to check in at the counter if I decided to change my color or change pairs. Seemed odd. I didn
