Basic Loan Signing Fee Performed in Our Office (2nd Mortgage etc.) $100.00 2nd Set of Doc's. Basic Mobile Notary Fee within 10 miles off our office $15.00 per signature + $100.00 Traveling Fee. For the Permanent Customers Loan Signing Fee within 20 miles (which includes 2 copies of the Loan Documents, a completed/Signed and Notarized Loan Package/travelling to the borrower, signing the papers, and returning to You) $250.00.

Report
As required by law, a notary public must certify to the identity of the signer of a document for notarization. Acceptable documentation of identity must be current or have been issued within the last five (5) years. All identification cards must contain a photo, physical description, signature and serial number.
