If I could leave no stars, I would. I called to ask them about the sign they had out front and on their website " Lot rent with purchase of a new home" Why have a sign like that? What does that mean? In my opinion, free is understood. Everyone knows you pay lot rent when you live in a mobile home park. That is like Publix having a sign saying, "Taxes with every purchase." I was told they never offered that and never had a sign. I saw the sign on several occasions and if you go to their website, it is still there! This is deceptive advertising!! and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau
