Worst experience ever. We in oct 8th... had to pay in full up front.. One house window to be replaced. Told 6 to 8 weeks. Its now dec 7th. Supposed to be ready have had a guy sitting at the shop for hours this morning no response. Its also has contact info for sales chuck's glass and redirects to an eagle site.... absolute worst experience and client won't pay final bill till its installed. So im stuck floating over 10k

I had the WORST experience with Gunnison Glass. My window broke March 25th due to ice falling into it. The Gunnison Glass employees couldnt find my location the first week it happened but my door was open to my house... The next week they came and measured. They are terrible at answering the phone and take days to respond so I can know the status of our glass that has been awaited for weeks. The next week the window was supposed to be ready but they had difficulties installing and had to come back the following week obviously due to under measuring. Finally this week they came and

Very responsive! We have company coming for the holidays and need a new shower door. Ami immediately dispatched John to come and take measurements at a time convenient for me. They are doing all they can to get my needs resolved as soon as possible. Everyone has a can-do attitude!

Good Folks to work with with. They do repairs of windows and screens, supply glass and mirrors for projcts, and even do installations. They installed a mirrow that was a pain as not all walls are parrallel and they had to be creative or recut the mirror. Itr is in looks great and I am very pleased.
