Square One Coffee is an award-winning micro-roaster based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We're a small, family-owned business, and we've spent the last 16 years roasting and serving some of the highest quality coffee in the world.

We believe that people matter, so we do our best to respect every person involved in the process of getting coffee from the seed to your cup-from the farmers, to our importers, to our roasters, to our baristas, and to our customers.For as long as we can remember, our motto has been, "Do good work."

At SQ1, we provide a holistic partnership to our wholesale family that eases some of the burdens that come along with running a coffee business, creating more space for business owners to focus on growing their business. Our wholesale relationships benefit from everything we've learned over the last 15 years in the coffee industry-both as operators of multiple cafes and as a coffee roasting company.

We offer courses for baristas and coffee geeks brewing at home from the basics of extraction to pouring perfect rosettas. If you don't know the difference between a cappuccino and a cortado-but you know your customers do-don't worry. We've got you covered. We offer training for professional baristas-to help anyone get from just-getting-started to ready-to-pour.
