Scribble Software always has the best customer service and response time of any software system I have used. Their Marina Go software has been really helpful in managing the large marina I work at (200+ tenants). It easily integrates with Quickbooks as well!

I wish I could give it less stars but hey, at least the thing starts up (although it never runs correctly). Let me say, switching to this software cost my marina TONS of money, not only overpaying for the terrible software, but on the money I lost from botched sales and overtime costs on trying to fix the software. First off, this software is very heavily QuickBooks dependent. Now, while QB is in itself a good program, a good POS system should have its own back office. Part of where this program suffers is in its communication to QB. They have recently changed, or upgraded that method of

We have been using Marina Office for over two years. The software has made managing our 350 slip far more efficient than the manual processes we were using in the past. We have also learned that using Marina Office as the central repository for all customer, slip, and billing information, we are able to implement policies and procedures more quickly and with far less potential for errors. As with any software package, there are a few nuances with working with Marina Office but there are easily overcome with a little training and experience.
