The nurse who worked Monday, 1/17/22 around 2:30 pm hung up on me because I would not allow her to tell me I didn't call in one of my son's prescriptions when I did. She kept going back and forth with me until I mentioned how unprofessional she was being. I couldn't believe a so called nurse at a pediatric office would be so vile and hang up in my face. I called back and asked for the office manager and was told she was in a meeting and would call back. Went to the office to pick up my son's prescription and was told she was still in a meeting. Today is Wednesday and I still have not received a

I drove here thinking I was finally was going to find a physician to listen to my concerns on my daughter whom I think has an allergy to something. As I was speaking, The doctor interrupted me and stated "mom, I'm the doctor. " At that moment I was ready to leave. He told me she was to old for an allergy test and it had to be done in infantry. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for someone who listens. Front desk was wonderful!!!!

I have been taking my daughter here all her life (12) and she absolutely loves EVERYONE working here!! I asked her if I could change her Pediatrician and she said NOOOOO!!! Kid approved, mommy approved!!!

We have taken both of our children here since birth. I cant imagine taking them anywhere else. We absolutely love Dr. Astacio and Dr. Soriano. Mrs. Felecia is so incredible with my kids! The front office is exceptional. You wont find a better pediatrician. We are so thankful to have found McDonough Childrens Specialists and highly recommend them to everyone!
