We applied for a unit and were told we were approved however no one reached out to us to move forward. Though prosper quickly made up for the mistake and have been a delight to work with! They helped us find a great unit and got us all squared away promptly. I think communication could be a bit better but everything else has been great so far! Looking forward to renting with them.
