Our RV sites feature full hookups with water, sewer, and electric service. Spacious concrete pads accommodate all sizes including big rigs with multiple slide-outs. Sites include free Wi-Fi and cable TV access.

Park Model Rentals

I haven't stayed here, but I have worked at this location trimming all their trees and skinning palms. From my interactions with everyone there tenants or staff they all have been extremely friendly, polite and helpful.

Very clean, friendly staff, right next to the water. We rented a boat and pulled it right up to their dock and walk to our campsite. We also swam and waited in their little beach area/lagoon

Cell service is just okey for t mobile (some spots may not have good signal) Verizon and att are doing great
Space is a little bit tight
A lot of traffic noise as its right on the road
Highlight: Waterfront, reasonable price, pool is small but with good vibe

Spent 2 nights there, very clean and well kept resort with full hook-ups located in Bullhead city across the river from Laughlin, friendly staff very courteous and helpful. If you're visiting Laughlin with your RV this is the place to stay.

4th of July weekend WRISTBANDS! People shouldn't be in hospitality business if they dunno how to serve better to their "paying" guests. So we rented 2 cabins for 4 people on each cabin. Unfortunately not everyone came so is 3 in one cabin and 2 on the other for a total of 5 people and we paid for 8! (take note Mrs. Admin!) (keep the monies looks like you need it more than we do)

So...3 of us just experienced a very rare rant from the Administrator in chief. (will omit her name but you know who you are! disgusting behavior and poor customer service) and she harassed us all day

My wife and I stayed in Space #4 and were going to stay as long as to November while our house was being built. The electric circuit breakers on space 4 could not handle our a/c and microwave at the same time. The park advertises wi-fi, but has it is lousy,, all but unusable, and they know it. The park is in some kind of a cell phone hole, as well. All but incommunicado. Ambiguous rule for visitors of residence. It says only residents can use facilities, then in another area says visitors of residents must pay &5.00. Called park's authorized employee, Sabrina, and asked for permission to have my

We absolutely love this place. Staying in one of the park models with kitchen, it is very nice, has everything we need. River view, quiet. Sabrina in the office is very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend and will stay here each time we come to Bullhead.
