The minimum stay for some owners is 7 nights but others will allow as few as 5. Daily rates will apply for a reservation less than 7 days. A $300.00 deposit is due at the time the reservation is made, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Personal Checks are only accepted 21+ days prior to the balance due date and are subject to a return check fee.
