New Horizon Music Studios of Stroudsburg PA offers engaging lessons for a variety of instruments. We offer piano, guitar, vocal/voice, bass guitar, saxophone and drum lessons. Do you write your own music? We also offer courses in composition, songwriting, and studio/audio engineering. If you wish to record music, we will record and/or produce it in our state-of-the-art studio.

Gary Wehrkamp is a multi-instrumentalist, teacher, composer, sound designer, audio engineer, and producer. Gary has been teaching, performing, and producing for over 30 years. At the age of 18, he toured with The Boxtops. He performed in venues such as Yankee and Giant Stadium; Central Park Boathouse; The Red Lion; The Players Club; etc. Gary played, produced, and toured with the progressive rock band Shadow Gallery.

Audio Engineering allows the transfer of sound from one location to another. Without audio engineering, concert attendees would be unable to hear clear vocals or the electric guitar. Sound engineering is also responsible for the distribution of digital music. Without sound engineering, you would need to attend in-person concerts to hear your favorite musical artist.
